Depending on role and business needs, colleagues will either work onsite, in a hybrid model (combination of in-office and virtual days) or fully virtually.**The Role**:**Job responsibilities**:- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of ? 50 colleagues- Build winning strategies to deliver on annual growth plan through the acquisition and expansion of new and existing customers- Manage and oversee one of the most relevant acquisition operations across international to drive an effective sales cycle- Execute sales strategy and adapt plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges- Make decisions and resolve issues based upon policies, procedures and business plan- Partner with peers and senior leaders across the organization drive engagement, retention, and long-term profitability- Build a culture of ownership and integrity within the team- Support the development of talent and career progression- Lead special projects and initiatives together with the central teams to develop new and creative digital capabilities**Main areas of responsibility**:- Lead an existing large sales team of 50 colleagues, in the future, expand this team as appropriate, both nationally and internationally.- Review and continue to develop the sales organization's infrastructure and outreach to current and future clients.- Recruit, interview, contract, train, and develop employees that will be in charge of designing the digital strategies for winning.- Prepare internal and external monthly sales reports based on strategic and tactical goals and metrics, monitoring the sales pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth.- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, including sales forecasting and monitoring the processes across the sales cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to success.- Effectively monitor business trends and marketplace opportunities and respond accordingly.- Leverage customer research (quantity and quality) to provide strategic leadership for brand architecture and positioning
