Required Experience:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Barchelor´s degree or master in Computing science or related field.
- 2+Years of Experience in Windows Application Support
- Knowledge in Realtime Application troubleshooting hosted on Windows Servers.
- Knowledge in basic network/storage troubleshooting attached to windows servers.
- Good understanding of ITIL process
- Experience in handling Product outage recovery calls
