**Workforce Analyst Responsibilities**
- Efficiency in forecasting and planning, focused on the continuous improvement of KPIs.
- Planning that guarantees a better adherence.
- Standardization and automation of processes and reports.
**Workforce Analyst Job Duties**:

- Maintains and improves call center operations by monitoring agent productivity and queue needs; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; managing system and process improvement.
- Prepares call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
- Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
