Role Summary:
Responsible that the company's activities develop in a security and physical integrity frame for the persons, installations and the environment; for which it plans, coordinates, leads and controls activities to eliminate acts and insecure conditions, not hygienic and or not ecological; and also, those corresponding to the management system and legal compliance in safety and environmental matters.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, execute and lead activities aimed at the physical and mental safety of the company's employees.
o Administering and complying with safety and environmental management systems; ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
o Coordination of the Occupational Health area
o Legal compliance with STPS, IMSS, SEMARNAT, PROFEPA, COFEPRIS, CONAGUA, INTERAPAS and Civil Protection PIPC
o Coordination of property security (OEA)
o Implementation of accident prevention strategy focused on personnel behavior and awareness
o Elaboration of risk analysis PRAs and safety procedures and the LOTO energy control program
o Accident's investigation
o Safety & Environmental Trainer
o Emergency response plans and brigades responsible for firefighting, search and rescue, leaks and spills.
o Attention in legal audits of clients and government agencies.
o Coordination of hazardous and chemical waste warehouses
o Coordination of PTA activities Physical-chemical and biological processes
Qualifications/Requirements:
o Bachelor's Degree
o 3- 5 years of experience in EHS
o Fluent English Language, oral and written
